Approve Minutes of November 4, 2025 Board Meeting
Review/Accept April Financial Reports – Sue Anthony
New Business
1. Idea of publishing photo tip-sales relating to photography e.g. software or equipment, photo courses, tips on use of phone/cameras for photography
2. Need for a resettlement committee to come up with a process to move back into the building. The dark room will still not be useable as expansion work will take place upon city approval.
3. Need to coordinate with Education as to how to deal with the printing issue as we will be very limited in that area
4. Thank you to the present board for all their work and dedication to fulfill the mission of our club. Well done.
5. The reception desk has been ordered and will be set up by the time we open our doors. Audrey needs to get a monitor schedule together for January 26.

Carol to refresh the strategic 3–5-year plan committee and will provide an update.
